Welcome to Poppy Hamilton Jewellery Business Consultancy. By booking the SEO Website Audit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Poppy Hamilton Jewellery Business Consultancy provides a SEO Website Audit designed specifically for jewellery brands.

This audit may include (but is not limited to):

Website visibility and organic search review

Product and collection page optimisation assessment

Keyword usage and alignment review

Content, structure and internal linking analysis

Image data (file naming and alt text) review

Strategic recommendations to improve organic performance

The audit is intended to provide clarity, insight and a strategic roadmap for improving search visibility. It does not include implementation unless explicitly agreed separately in writing.

2. Payment Terms

The SEO Website Audit is provided on a prepaid basis.
Full payment is required before the audit begins, unless a payment plan has been selected at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of booking.

While I always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delivery may be impacted by:

delayed client responses

missing information or access

requests that fall outside the agreed audit scope

Any significant delays will be communicated clearly.

4. Communication

All communication will take place via email, unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow up to 48 working hours for responses.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, UK time.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the audit can be carried out effectively, clients agree to:

Provide a valid website URL and any requested access or context

Supply relevant information when requested (such as platform used or business goals)

Respond to clarification questions within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and strategic nature of this service, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Audit bookings may be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during the audit process will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorised.

Feedback, testimonials or positive remarks shared via email or written communication may be used for marketing purposes, without identifying personal or commercially sensitive information, unless permission is granted.

8. Intellectual Property

All audit documents, findings, frameworks and written recommendations remain the intellectual property of Poppy Hamilton Jewellery Business Consultancy.

Clients are granted the right to use the audit findings for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, resell or distribute the materials commercially.

9. Limitation of Liability

All recommendations are based on current SEO best practices, industry experience and professional judgement at the time of delivery.

Poppy Hamilton Jewellery Business Consultancy cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes and is not liable for business losses arising from the implementation (or non-implementation) of audit recommendations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
